Our Team

David Bollt – Founder / Senior Course Leader

“Whatever I’m seeking in life, I realize I’m not going to find it alone. I believe that our greatest opportunities for fulfillment and a sense of true connection can be found in relationship with others. I love creating spaces where we put aside all other distractions and dive into what really matters … being with people.”

Through years of study, application and relational training, David has cultivated a capacity to help people illuminate unconscious behavior patterns that cause them to suffer. Along with events in Asheville, NC, he leads weekend workshops around the country. With his fluency in transformational work, David provides many of the distinctions that are at the heart of Relational Skills. He sees group facilitation as an art form, and has developed his own highly articulate style of helping people realize authenticity and freedom.

Aline Bethea – Facilitator / Course Leader

The work I do is both a calling and a passion. When I work with clients, I bring everything I have to the table (mind, heart, and spirit) and I love the challenge of customizing the work to each person.  I believe in the power of an integrated and holistic approach to health and it is an honor to journey with my clients and see them regain their sense of confidence, connection, and peace.

I work best with individuals who are committed and sincere in their intention to grow; those who are on a path toward honesty and authenticity in their lives. Growth is work- it means you have to get out of your comfort zone and try new ways of showing up in the world. I will teach you how your brain forms habits and patterns of behavior, how you can use this to your advantage AND improve your quality of life. The work is done both in and out of sessions, as you put into practice the intentions set during our time together.
